Self-Levelling Screed
Self-levelling compound is generally a thinner layer and dries much faster than liquid screed, making it ideal for smaller jobs, while liquid screed is better for larger areas and is often used with underfloor heating. The main difference lies in their composition, application, and drying time: liquid screeds are often cement-based and require pumping, whereas self-levelling compounds are usually synthetic resin-based and can be poured manually for quicker application.
